Job summary

BrightStar Care of Amarillo is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver personalized home health care in Hereford, TX and surrounding areas. The PT will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide services in patients’ homes to improve mobility and daily function.

Requirements include an active Texas PT license, at least 1 year of PT experience, current BLS/CPR, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and access to a device and internet for charting.

• Own device and reliable internet connection to access schedule and charting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Coordinate care with PTAs and other healthcare professionals
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

What You’ll Need

• Active, unrestricted Texas PT license
• At least 1 year of PT experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently
