Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team on our on-site campus in Overland Park, Kansas. You’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care, building lasting relationships with residents.

Expect a dedicated onboarding, strong documentation support, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults. No travel required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care on-site.
• Caseload focused on primarily 1:1 direct patient care.

Compensation

Starting at $38/hour. Final offer rate will be based on years of experience

What We Require

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
