Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, KS is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and individualized treatment on our 63-acre campus with no travel required.

You will work with an interdisciplinary clinical team, supporting residents’ mobility, independence, and quality of life while receiving onboarding and documentation support.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caseload focused on primarily 1:1 direct patient care.
• No outside travel - all residents live on our beautiful 63-acre campus.

In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. Compensation

Starting at $38/hour. Final offer rate will be based on years of experience

What we require:
