Job summary

Orwigsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis, with options for full-time or part-time scheduling. You will provide therapy services to residents to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function per individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate has PA PT licensure, a degree from an accredited PT program, and experience in geriatric or skilled nursing settings.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and geriatric care passion.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based PT interventions tailored to each resident's needs and goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and their families.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services to residents on an as-needed basis, helping them improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function in accordance with individualized care plans.
