Job summary

Orwigsburg Nursing and Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. You will provide high-quality therapy services to residents on an as-needed basis to improve mobility and restore function according to individualized care plans.

The role requires PA PT licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic long-term care setting. Join a supportive team focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• License as Physical Therapist in PA is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Previous SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and geriatric care passion.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver PT interventions tailored to residents’ goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services to residents on an as-needed basis, helping them improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function in accordance with individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based PT interventions tailored to each resident’s needs and goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and their families.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of PA.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for geriatric care.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
