Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist. In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing direct one-on-one care to help individuals recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our patients in a friendly, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide hands-on therapy and rehabilitation techniques for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Foster strong relationships with patients and their families to build trust and ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Current or pending Physical Therapist license in Virginia
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but strongly encourage new graduates to apply.
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care and improving lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
