Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time day-shift role to support patients at home. You will help patients maintain, restore and improve movement and function, with interventions, regular reexaminations, and discharge planning.

Compensation ranges from $93,600 to $124,800 annually, with benefits including medical plans, PTO, HSA, wellness rewards, counseling, retirement match, family support, and more. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• One year of related physical therapy experience for home health PTs, or approval from regional clinical leaders for less than one year.
• Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• One year related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care to ensure that knowledge and skills are sufficient to safely provide physical therapy services to patients.
• If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders is required as well as appropriate mentoring and/or participating in a residency program.
• Current CPR certification.
