Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based physical therapy services in Ocean County, NJ. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop and adjust care plans with physicians, and monitor progress to achieve rehabilitation goals.

The position requires a NJ Physical Therapy License and 2–3 years of experience. Strong communication and computer skills, plus a valid NJ driver’s license, are essential for success.

What You Need to Succeed:

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000.
