Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based care in Union County, NJ. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans with physicians, and monitor progress while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000.
