Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a Connecticut-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a school-based team supporting students in a K-12 educational setting. This in-person role focuses on helping students learn, participate, move, and thrive within the school environment.

The PT will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with educators and families, and participate in IEP meetings to support students' educational goals.

Qualifications

  • Current Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
  • Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students across the K-12 age range.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to students in a K-12 school-based setting.

Cross Country Education is seeking a Connecticut-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a school-based team supporting students across a K-12 educational setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys working directly with students and collaborating with educators, families, and other related-service professionals to help students reach their highest level of independence.

Position Highlights:
  • In-person K-12 school-based setting
  • Provide physical therapy services to students with a variety of needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Support student participation, mobility, positioning, and functional independence within the school environment
