Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a School Services School Physical Therapist for a local contract in Norwalk, CT. You will provide PT services to K–12 students, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with educators to support student mobility and participation in school activities.

The role requires a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a CT PT license with school-based or pediatric experience preferred. Schedule is 40 hours weekly, 8-hour shifts, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) License
• School-based or pediatric physical therapy experience preferred; strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to K–12 students, supporting mobility, functional skills, and participation in the school environment.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy goals and interventions, and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs and promote progress across school settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with professional and school-based standards.
