Riverdale Post Acute is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to join a dedicated team and provide patient-centered care to residents in a post-acute setting.
You will evaluate patients, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and deliver physical therapy interventions with a focus on improving residents' quality of life. A Colorado PT license and graduation from an APTA/CAPTE-accredited program are required, with post-acute care experience preferred.
