Job summary

Riverdale Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide PRN coverage, evaluating residents and delivering targeted physical therapy to improve mobility and function in a post-acute setting.

Qualified candidates hold an active Colorado PT license, are graduates of CAPTE/APTA-accredited programs, and have post-acute or long-term care experience. We offer a supportive team, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License.
• Graduate of an ACPTA & CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care environment preferred.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.

• Evaluate patients, create comprehensive treatment plans, and provide physical therapy treatments.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE
• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

Rate Range: $45 - $52/ hour
