Riverdale Post Acute is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in Colorado. You will evaluate residents, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and provide PT interventions to support recovery and quality of life.

Eligible candidates hold a Colorado PT license, have graduated from an accredited PT program (APTA/CAPTE), and experience in post-acute or long-term care is preferred. The role offers competitive pay, with a typical rate of $45–$52 per hour, and a supportive, team-oriented
