The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is looking for Physical Therapists to join our therapy team!

Located in beautiful North Wales, PA, our facility contains 270 long-term care beds, 54 short-term rehabilitation beds, and 48 apartments in our personal care unit.

Job Type: Full-Time (FT) openings

Weekend rotation is required.

The Physical Therapist works under the leadership of our Director of Rehabilitation.

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities
  1. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy to residents throughout our facility.
  2. Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on MD's orders.
  3. Develop and implement treatment plans including goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
  4. Deliver treatments utilizing modalities, modify plans as needed, and adhere to precautions.
  5. Participate in resident assessments and care plan development.
  6. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life.
Education and Experience
  • Graduate of an accredited college with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by APTA.
  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
