FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Port St. Lucie, FL.

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist who values patient‑first care, realistic caseloads, and a collaborative environment where clinicians are empowered to deliver high‑quality outcomes without undue pressure. You’ll treat patients with a voice in how care is delivered, supported by national systems while enjoying a locally run practice culture focused on balance, communication, and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a current Florida PT license.
• At least one year of outpatient experience preferred, ideally in vestibular, neurological, or orthopedic settings.
• Strong interest in vestibular, balance, neurological, pelvic health, and fall-risk care.
• Ability to create and carry out effective outpatient treatment plans including balance and vestibular rehab.

Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient evaluations/exams.
• Diagnose patients; evaluate activity limitations.
• Create a care plan with goals and completion dates.
• Provide PT interventions and exercises; track progress.
• Prescribe intervention techniques and home strategies.
• Measure intervention effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Educate patients on continuing care at home.

Skills & Qualifications

• Licensure and education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a current Florida PT license.

• Specialty interest: Strong interest in treating patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, pelvic health, and fall‑risk concerns.
• Treatment planning: Ability to create and carry out effective outpatient treatment plans, including balance and vestibular rehabilitation programs.
• Independence and collaboration: Comfortable working efficiently in an autonomous setting while communicating openly with patients, owners, and team members.
• Growth mindset: Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and willing to complete pelvic floor, balance, and vestibular certification training if not already certified.
