Job summary

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle, PA is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This role focuses on helping residents regain function in a collaborative SNF/LTC environment.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled PT services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence. Strong communication, documentation, and a PA PT license are required; SNF/LTC experience is
