Job summary

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle, PA is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This position supports residents in achieving their highest level of function and independence within a compassionate SNF/LTC setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, providing skilled therapy to improve mobility, balance, and strength, and collaborating with physicians, nursing

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
