Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Niles, OH is hiring a Physical Therapist - Outpatient for our renovated outpatient orthopedic clinic. You’ll work alongside a PTA in a collaborative setting with a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.

1 year outpatient ortho experience is preferred, and opportunities exist for advancement into leadership roles. We offer mentorship, paid CEUs, generous PTO, comprehensive health plans, a 401(k) match, and a student debt repayment incentive.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State PT license or eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
• 1 year outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians and patients.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Ensure compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Support growth and advancement opportunities within the clinic.

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $76,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Student Debt Benefit
