NovaCare Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and return patients to daily life.

This full-time role offers a $74,000 starting salary with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and student debt assistance, plus benefits, PTO, and 401(k). Weekday schedule with hours typically 8am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Contribute to patient care planning and clinical documentation.
