Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State PT license or licensure eligibility.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient care.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients and families.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday (8am-7pm), Tuesday/Friday (8am-2pm), Thursday (8am-5pm)

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000, annually, based on years of experience
