Job summary

Spineandsportsmed is seeking Physical Therapists across New Jersey as part of its expansion. The ideal candidates will find a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced professionals.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$120,000, mentorship programs, and ample opportunities for professional advancement. Strong communication skills are essential, as is a New Jersey Physical Therapist License.

• New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver exceptional evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations.
• Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes.
