What You Will Do

• Practice independently within the community as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine needs and develop treatment plans
• Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy in patients' homes or care facilities
• Evaluate patient needs continuously and adjust care plans accordingly

Qualifications

Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probation as a VNS Health Rehab Intern.

Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State.

Valid driver's license required outside Manhattan.

Pay Range per Visit

For all areas except Bronx: $70 - $75 per visit.

For Bronx: $90 - $95 per visit.

Salary Range

USD $85,000 - $127,500 annually.
