Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Preferred

• 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, orthopedics, geriatrics, sports medicine, or neurological rehabilitation
