Qualifications

• Valid NY state Physical Therapist license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Rehab Optima (Net Health) is a plus.
