Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based physical therapy in Ocean County, NJ. You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and monitor progress, ensuring safety and quality of care.

Candidates must hold a valid NJ Physical Therapy License, have 2–3 years of experience preferred, and possess strong communication and computer skills, with a valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000.
