Job summary

VNA Health Group in Middlesex County, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based services. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans with physicians, and monitor progress while adhering to safety protocols.

Must hold a valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license. 2–3 years of clinical or community experience preferred, strong communication and computer skills, and a valid NJ driver’s license with reliable transportation are required.
