About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care within accepted practice methods, adhering to all center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.
• Evaluate residents' needs and establish effective treatment plans.
• Manage and coordinate supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
• Participate in screening residents according to schedules and practices.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on clinical and rehabilitation issues.
• Participate in center-directed processes and services.
• Complete necessary clinical documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.
