Job summary

Innovate Rehab & Wellness is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Natchitoches, LA to evaluate patients, develop and lead individualized treatment plans, and improve movement and quality of life. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other clinicians to optimize recovery.

Qualifications include a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy and a valid state PT license. New grads are welcome; clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, mobility training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
• Track and document progress; adjust plans as needed.
