Job summary

Team Rehab in Naperville, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned outpatient clinics. We offer a competitive salary between $78,000 and $90,000 per year with monthly bonus potential.

As part of a supportive, non-corporate community, you will mentor others, access in-house CEUs, and enjoy residency support and specialty tracks while building your dream caseload and collaborating with a team that has your back.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Willingness to engage in mentorship and ongoing education.
• Ability to supervise technicians and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
• Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.
• Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.
• Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
