Job summary

Team Rehab invites you to join a therapist-owned family of outpatient clinics across multiple states. We emphasize mentorship, continuous education, and a supportive culture where clinicians enjoy their daily work.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients, build a personalized caseload, and collaborate with a team that values clinical excellence and patient outcomes. A Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy is required.

• Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
