Team Rehab is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned outpatient clinics in Michigan, including Farmington Hills. You’ll provide patient-centered care, work within a mentorship framework, and enjoy strong team support in a flexible, outcomes-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• New graduates welcome; collaborative clinical mindset preferred.
• Active rather than passive care approach and the ability to work within a mentorship program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with emphasis on medical and emotional needs.
• Help build a caseload aligned with your passions.
• Supervise techs and collaborate with a supportive team.
• Maintain a reasonable caseload (≈1.5 patients per hour).

• Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
