Team Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinics across Georgia, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. We provide a mentorship program, extensive in-house CEUs, residency tuition coverage, and a clinician-first culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a clinical setting.

What Your Day Looks Like

We empower you to be a clinician, not a unit producer.

• Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
• Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.
• Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.
• Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
