Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services in Mount Pleasant, SC, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our not-for-profit team serving senior living communities across the country. You will provide rehabilitative services to residents on medical orders, plan and adjust treatment programs, and work closely with a coordinated care team.

A current PT license and degree in the field are required; strong interpersonal and computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in current state or eligible to obtain
• Degree in physical therapy (DPT or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan and adjust treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized private sessions.
• Independently tailor treatment sessions to patient needs.
• Desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend/holiday requirements
