Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our not-for-profit senior living program. This role focuses on empowering residents to live their best lives through personalized rehabilitative care, with independent sessions and continuous professional growth opportunities.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing CEUs. Applicants must hold a Physical Therapy degree and an active state license.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice or ability to obtain.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one to provide individualized attention through private sessions.
• Sessions can be individualized to fit patient needs.
