TALENT Software Services seeks a clinician with acute care experience to join a large academic medical setting in Morristown, NJ. The role involves evaluating patients, developing care plans, delivering interventions, and educating patients and families, with documentation and billing completed accurately.

The candidate should support Lead Clinicians, participate in staff orientation, and serve as a clinical instructor for students, with minimal supervision in moderately complex cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in acute care in a large academic medical setting.
• Board certification as a specialist in an acute care field.
• Clinical affiliation with Atlantic Health is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and establish plans of care and treatment programs.
• Provide interventions and educate patients and families.
• Document interventions and bill appropriately.
• Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation.

Duties

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a large acute care facility and be a team player who will provide exceptional care to our patients.

Principal Accountabilities

• Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately.
• Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation.
• Participates in the orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases and with minimal to no supervision.

Skills

Preferred:

• Experience in Acute Care in large academic medical setting.
• Preference given to candidates that have completed a successful clinical affiliation with Atlantic Health.
• Preference given to candidates with Board Certification as Specialist in an area suitable for care in an acute care setting.

Schedule Notes

Preferred home health experience, valid PT license, Epic experience preferred; support our Morris County region.

Schedule: 8-4 pm (Monday-Friday) no weekend shift required.

Orientation location: 465 South Street, Morristown, NJ.
