Job summary

ProSport PhysicalTherapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join its outpatient team in Orange County. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and deliver manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and education with a focus on evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include documentation in Raintree, progress monitoring, and collaboration with a team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including mobility and functional status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions: manual therapy, exercise, modalities, education.
• Maintain accurate progress documentation using Raintree.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and home programs.
• Regularly monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Salary: $84,000-$100,000 per year based on experience

ProSport PhysicalTherapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics servingOrange Countyand surrounding communities since 1992.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: While using Raintree, maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.
