Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to lead evaluations and develop personalized rehabilitation plans in a collaborative outpatient setting.

You will implement therapies, document progress in Raintree, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs while staying current with best practices and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Patient evaluation through comprehensive assessments of mobility and function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using Raintree in compliance with clinic policies.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices through continuing education.

Salary: $84,000-$100,000/annually based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation:Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning:Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions:Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation:While using Raintree, maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
• Patient Education:Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Progress Monitoring:Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Professional Development:Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.
