Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Orange County, CA to evaluate patients, plan treatment, and implement evidence-based orthopaedic therapies. You will document progress using Raintree, educate patients, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Salary ranges from $84,000 to $100,000 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Use Raintree to document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy.
