Job summary

OrthoVirginia Inc is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. We welcome applicants at all levels, including new graduates, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will deliver expert care in a collaborative setting, educating patients and guiding them through recovery to regain function. As part of Virginia’s largest musculoskeletal care provider, you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team across multiple locations, contributing to a patient-centered care

Qualifications

  • BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
  • Orthopedic experience preferred, but all levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed evaluations to understand patients’ physical conditions and needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with achievable goals.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols.
  • Educate patients on their recovery process to set realistic expectations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians for seamless care.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Be a supportive presence in the lives of patients, helping them regain confidence and independence.
