OrthoVirginia, Inc. in Virginia is hiring Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic care across our network, including Lynchburg. All levels welcome.

You’ll conduct evaluations, develop tailored plans, guide exercises, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and therapy staff. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, 401k, CEU support, residency programs, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Orthopedic experience preferred, but all levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations to understand patients’ physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with achievable goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols.
• Educate patients on their recovery process to set realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians for seamless care.
• Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
• Be a supportive presence in the lives of patients, helping them regain confidence and independence.
