I in Muskegon, MI, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab division focused on orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, injury prevention, and performance optimization. You will work with a diverse patient population from post-operative cases to recreational athletes to help them return to work, sport, and daily life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan or eligible for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong understanding of outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Treat patients across functional levels, from sedentary to competitive athletes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and care team members to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise PTAs and support clinic operations, including patient flow and quality improvement.

• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to treat a wide range of ages and activity levels
• Commitment to evidence-based care and continued professional development
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
