Job summary

Center for Physical Rehabilitation and Therapy seeks a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Cascade, Grand Rapids, MI. New graduates are encouraged to apply as we help launch careers in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include evaluations, evidence-based treatment, and documentation; collaboration with patients, physicians, and insurance partners; supervision of PTAs and rehab techs; and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or upcoming Michigan PT license.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency including EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners.
• Oversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
