The Center For Physical Rehabilitation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedics clinic at Cascade. This full-time role welcomes new graduates and offers mentorship as you launch your career in a fast-paced setting.

You will evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based care, document progress, and coordinate with physicians, patients, and insurers while guiding PTAs and rehab staff to ensure consistent, high-quality treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or upcoming Michigan PT license.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners.
• Oversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
