Delta Blues Health & Rehabilitation in Memphis, TN is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care and perform thorough assessments for referred patients. You will work within a collaborative healthcare team to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.
