Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: McHenry, IL (45 minutes NW of Chicago)

Salary Range: $38/hr to $50/hr

Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday (No weekend rotation)

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to help our residents achieve their maximum potential in functional abilities and independence.
