Qualifications

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in the Greater McAllen Area and involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility. The Physical Therapist will provide hands-on therapy, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. The role also includes educating patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to assess, plan, and deliver effective treatment programs.
• Strong Patient Care skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, and individualized treatment planning..
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Texas and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Solid documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team in an on-site environment.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and prior outpatient or orthopedic experience are beneficial.
