Job summary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patients and teams.
• Ability to perform mobility and therapeutic exercises as needed.
• Outpatient/orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based at our clinic in Katy, TX. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, documenting progress, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, and collaborating with other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, ensuring a safe treatment environment, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education, safety, and adherence to therapy programs.
• Working knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative conditions.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Texas).
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to perform physical duties of the role, including assisting patients with mobility and therapeutic exercises.
• Experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings is preferred but not required.
