• Experience with advanced modalities (manual therapy, dry needling, Tecar, laser, electrical stimulation, shockwave) preferred.

Role Description The Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality, one-on-one patient care in an on-site clinical setting located in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role includes performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and modality-based treatments. The Physical Therapist will regularly reassess progress, document clinical findings, and communicate care plans clearly to patients, families, and referring providers. Day-to-day responsibilities also include educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. The role requires adherence to professional standards, clinic protocols, and all applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
• Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for patients of varying ages and activity levels.
• Experience providing patient-centered Home Care guidance, including safe and effective home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
• Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain), in good standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport in a one-on-one care setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage a consistent full-time patient caseload.
• Experience with advanced modalities (e.g., manual therapy, dry needling, Tecar therapy, laser, electrical stimulation, shockwave therapy) is preferred but not required.
