Role Description

This is a full-time role for a physical therapist based in Montgomery County, Maryland, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Physical Therapist at AH Concierge Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Providing hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educating clients on injury prevention strategies and techniques for managing pain and discomfort.
• Communicating regularly with clients, physicians, and insurance providers to ensure optimal care and progress tracking.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and facilitate holistic treatment approaches.
• Demonstrating a commitment to professional development and staying updated on best practices in physical therapy.
• Engaging in peer-to-peer interactions, networking, and other company-directed marketing endeavors.
• Participating in company communications and meetings to stay informed and contribute to our collaborative culture.
  
  

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with workers compensation cases.
• Auto policy minimum for transportation.
• Strong clinical skills and experience working with clients with diverse needs and conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to travel within Montgomery County and work remotely when necessary.
